항창하 서양화가.jpg

Artist : Chang-ha Hwang

Yoda's morning glows more when the colors mingle/ as the Maori's hot volcano spits color/ tens of thousands of times in the chest/ clearly imprinted 43 spearmints/ when they were looking for me and showing their teeth/ When the moral battle was a peaceful sacrifice and a song of wild daughter/ a song of peace on the road to the river.

Hwang Chang-ha, the eldest of two sons and one daughter between his father Hwang In-gu and his mother Myeong Geun-hee, was born in March of the year in Seosomun, Seoul. Changha's childhood with her sister and brother was happy. At the age of five, Chang-ha receives a teacher's order to paint the image of God at Cheonan Bok-Free Hospital. Chang-ha, an abstract painting of a shining star, was awarded a small statue of the Virgin Mary. The award still means a great deal to him, like a sign of God who was guided to the path of an artist.

Changha studied abroad (in 1992) at Yangjae-dong Unju Elementary School and Yeongdong Middle School in New Zealand, where the stars pour out every night, graduated from St. Peters College of High School and White Cliff College of Arts & Design in 1998. Chang-ha, who returned from New Zealand, is usually curious about psychology and interested in children's art influenced by his post-Picasso activities, so he enters the department of children's art at Kyungmin University and graduates (2010) (2013).

Chang-ha in Seoul was not a top grade in basic subjects, and she always liked painting and was especially interested in natural phenomena, including celestial bodies. Hwang In-gu, a former marine and respected physician in Cheonan, recommended studying in New Zealand to foster his dream of becoming an artist after learning Changha's artistic talent. Around 1995, Changha's parents also emigrated to New Zealand and made a happy Hwang family in Auckland for about three years, but Changha's parents returned home and Chang-ha became single again.

While maintaining the tradition of growing up in a devout Catholic family, the young artist savors true beauty while sharing artistic time with numerous classmates from around the world from an art school in New Zealand. For Justin (Cheerye-myeong, English, Justin),Christian given name this period has become a time of training to set his own course and fatten his inner self-esteem and identity as a Korean. In Changha's paintings, the message of world peace and blessing formed during this period sits heavy.

During the month of October, the gallery with blue wind blowing on the Cheonan's "Galleria" will be the first private exhibition by Hwang Chang-ha (director David Chang) in SsangYong-dong, Cheonan, with an accumulated audience of nearly 4,000 people. The exhibition, which went into the extended exhibition until the end of November at the request of the neighborhood, is set to run from Dec. 2-6 at Cheonan City Hall. Galleria" pays attention to the writer's non-civilized realm, time of feeling. The writer's will, which is derived from his compassion for predatory civilization, focuses on the time of awakening and determination.

Parents who have recognized their artistic talent, send them to New Zealand to study.

true "artistic savor" with countless classmates

The early exhibit is a whipping image of himself.

When searching for a colorless and colorless sculpture space along Hwang Chang-ha's theme thoughts, one can see that he or she is either motivated to play a game or imbued with the knowledge of the civilized era. The artist's time-absorbed early exhibition is a portrait of a painter's work, as he focuses on himself and flushes himself further.

Hwang Chang-ha, who wants to leave a refined work worthy of a bright future, respects the work of an artist who does not put value on works that took size and time, but pursues peaceful values in the world. He sympathizes  George Orwell's 1984 and Scott Peck's Still Way to Go His strong supporters include members of "Galleria" and other family and friends; Henry Simonz White, a professor of spoken arts a witht  Cliffe University of New Jersey; Charlotte, an eight-term Republican lawmaker in New Jersey; Samkyung Park Byung-joon, a consultant at the Korea Art Association; and Lee Chan-sook, a professor of children's welfare at Kyungmin University.

If you look at Hwang Chang-ha's preferred artist, you can see the depth of the work. Surprisingly, preferred film directors like Andrei Tarkovsky, Ingmar Bergman, and Las von Trier and Charlie Chaplin, who delved into philosophical thought and humanity. For architects, I like Hundert Wasser (from Austria, painter and environmental activist), Brian Eno (Brian Eno, Pioneer from ambient music), CarlHeins Stockhausen (from Germany), and the father of electronic music).

He returned home from his sensitive overseas life and had difficulty balancing Korean sentiments and lifestyles. He said "World Peace," "Transformation," "Communication and Rest," "South Africa," "The Rubicon River," "Convergence," "The Inner Room," "Zaia," "1 and 0" and "30 Minutes of Leisure" were the early representative works. His works express how to prevent the extinction of life and history and the vitality that creates harmony between sound and yang. His works are a reversal of the beauty of the surroundings and the awakening of the weary life.

Beyond the already imprinted "World Peace," "Transformation" and "Communication and Rest," write down the impression of Hwang Chang-ha's early works. "South Africa"; based on green, it is a national symbol, Springbok (also. the Rubicon River; on the border of the Italian peninsula and the Alps there is the Rubicon River. This is the work of Chairman Chung Ju-young, who symbolizes peace in the Roman law, which considers the river treason if you cross the river with an army. Convergence; plant cultivation using cell fusion technology, and harmony that creates two effects by removing cell walls of tomatoes or potatoes.

My room has tools for listening to music. When you project a picture onto a canvas, you naturally include it with music. The self-portrait of a self-portrait in an era of self-reflection, which is to stand in the awakening of self, has been transformed into a work beyond personal taste or social environment in order to find its identity through harmony and co-prosperity with it. '1 and 0'; the gloomy landscape, human-to-human communication and sensibility contained in the 0 and 1 signals on the speed and change that distinguish analogue and digital societies, argues that they cannot be quantified. "30 Minutes'"; an old portable cassette player, a piece of work that suddenly reminds us of the meaning of aesthetics in the slowness of our daily lives, moving a little slowly away from the rigor of our daily lives during the hearing.

Title-Convergence (2016)

Size-25*19.5cm Water colour & colour pencil on paper

Beyond "recycling" and "taming"; beautiful civilization is destroyed if man loses control in the development of science and technology. "Attention"; an artist must contend with artistry. Based on the strong vitality of small things, it is a work to find an identity about the earth's environment. "The Harmful of Wonhyo Dictionary"; a work that sought to find harmony in a comprehensive life without attaching importance to the specificity of various genres. Now the young writer Hwang Chang-ha wants to find a better half of life and join his will.

The author lives with the old man's idea that human desire forgets him. He believes that people should pursue the best values so that they can distinguish the relative awakening from the complementary awakening of nature. He is interested in developing a beautiful personality and thinks that it is the artist's duty to strive for the beauty that symbiosis and harmony with nature will create. At this point, his art work not only stays in the art category, but extends to the environment and peace movement.

Painter Hwang Chang-ha uses his energy big and wide, highlighting his "earning tears" about the destruction of civilization, the basis of his work. The artist's innermost self is more than a painting, living a life of tools through communication, persuasion, reconciliation and forgiveness, and executing his plea for peace. The structure of his works is more curved than straight lines, and more uneven elastic ovals than gardens. A writer who dreams of infinite freedom and peace in harmony uses Kang On properly and awakens the company of good deeds. The exhibition, "Before Hwang Chang-ha," which departed from "Galleria" in Cheonan, comes with a special meaning.
