During World War II, the Japanese government established the comfort station, so-called military brothels, a place where thousands of kidnapped Korean young women or abducted women in countries under Japanese rule were transported and held them as sex slaves.

Abe and the Liberal Democratic Party are a descendant group of Class A war criminals. Abe’s grandfather, Kishi Nobusuke, was just like that.

The ruling party members blamed on the former comfort women and made an absurd remarks that they volunteered themselves to prostitute as sexual slaves, and made it official to worship at the Yasukuni Shrine, which is a cemetery of Class A war criminals.

Japanese soldiers not even abducted and incarcerated the Korean women into Japanese military vessels, which definitely shows the extremely cruel history of abuse of human rights such as rape, incarceration, forced prostitution, human trafficking, drug abuse, and forced abortion. Still in the 21st century, I'm just sad enough to see all those Japanese ruling members as lascivious lunatics, who never seem to realize.

 Among the approximately 200,000 comfort women, their average age was 17 or 18 years old at the time of recruitment.

In the statement of former Japanese Chief Cabinet Minister, Yohei Kono, he apologized that the Japanese military was involved either directly or indirectly in the recruitment of comfort women and acknowledged forced abduction. However, the crime forces in Japan had no forced abduction of the comfort women and claimed that there was no violation of human rights, and they were just a group of prostitutes, which is nothing but a reprehensible excuse.

 The biggest diplomatic issue that hinders the improvement in relationship between Korea and Japan is the issue of comfort women and Dokdo.

Only to reveal how the intellectuals and the government in Korea have been reluctantly dealing with the problem of the past affairs in Japanese military sex slavery.

Of course, I had asked Golden Johnson, American Democratic Party politician, to make his remark on the comfort women issue during his lecture on history to propose this issue to the US Congress.

Yet, I realized that it wasn’t fully enough.

Hoping that President Moon’s government would listen with a modest attitude to various opinions and criticisms from the society.

It seems that Moon and his people need to root out the unyielding attitude towards the shameful history and soothe the anguish and despair of the people who still suffer from the past.

If then, Korea will be able to reach happiness beyond world peace.

I’m deeply in sorrow, to have come up against a brick wall, the fact that this brutal groups of criminals still come to power in Japan.

Woeful to admit that we are just a bystander in that now in reality of even a Japanese (Washio Awochi, buried in Yasukuni cemetery in 1967) who forced women and ran the brothel in Jakarta, Indonesia, and other shameless and heinous wartime criminals are being turned into heroes.

On June 25, 2014, 122 surviving Korean comfort women for the U.S. forces filed a lawsuit against Seoul Central District Court to reclaim human dignity and demand compensation. This kind of ridiculous issues have come up in real life these days in a chaotic world.

Not only Koreans but also the leaders of the world need to raise awareness and wide awake to find the answers to stubborn issues.
