The Korean Tea Ceremony is a highly evolved art with a strictoy defined

 

set of procedures to

 

 prepare and drink tea with the aim of training both the body and the mind.

 

Tea leaves have the

 

ability to help detoxify the body.

 

Korean people have enjoyed tea since ancient times and it is still enjoyed by the general

 

populace.

 

Though many people regard Chinese tea in high esteem, the reality is that

 

 the production of tea

 

 leaves there has become affected recentlly by pollution from the growing

 

number of factories.

 

 The quality of soil has also been diminishing, affecting the taste and flavor of the leaves.

 

The quality of the leaves produced in factories also cannot compare with

 

the quality of leaves

 

grown in the fresh, pure air of the Korean countryside and in the organic ground.

 

 There is loving

 

 care given to the production of this leafy treasure. While there are great

 

 amounts of Chinese tea in mass production, the

 

production of Korean tea is more limited and therefore, it is a rarer commodity.

 

Other countries could learn much from the reverence and seriousness given to the

 

production

 

 and consumption of tea by the Korean people. There is beauty in the process.

 

Every step of preparation is important. lt starts by boiling the water at 100 degrees. The fire

 

should be stoked to a modest .....

 

 

Limits in Farming Green Tea in 2017

 

 I usually tried to borrow a little bit of wisdom from nature.

 

But it seems to get extremely mad and people and crops seem to suffer and weaken as the

 

balance of yin and yang collapsed.

 

 Last year, I tried to prevent the damage of the crops by drawing the valley water, but this year,

 

even the valley water was dried up. Not even to mention peaches, cucumbers, melons,

 

watermelons, corns, tomatoes, apricots, grapes, plums, trees, as well as thousands of green tea

 

leaves, taros, potatoes, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, peanuts, pumpkins seem to dry out and get

 

damaged, I’m just worried that they will bear it until the monsoon season. I feel so bad to watch

 

them dying. I have been planting and farming in this land unpolluted for a hundred years without

 

 any kinds of pesticides or chemicals for five years, but this year is the worst year of all.

 

 But even if we look at global climate change over the past 10 years, the change of about 0.74

 

degrees is likely to be thought provoking. Perhaps observing only 0.1 ° C of change on ice, that’s

 

because it has brought a large change in the growth and environment of the crops which leads to

 

 a change in the species and a decrease in the crop yields.

 

 Of course, the main cause of climate change is the increase of carbon dioxide and aerosol and

 

an ecological change, which give right back to the ecosystem.

 

Comparing the climate in fifteen years ago and the climate change on the Korean Peninsula now

 

show that local specialities have been changing in Gyeongsang-do, and Hunam through

 

Chungnam and Gangwon-do, since apples grown in Daegu are now also grown in Gangwon

 

Province.

various green policies, but it can not be implemented in tandem with the economic growth of

 

each country in order to see visible effects. But if we put our best effort to settle the affirmative

 

policies, it will not be so difficult if the people's cooperation throughout to the understanding

 

from myself are possible, there is surely a future hope for us.
